Many of my clients find me after they’ve tried everything else.

They’ve been through the rounds – the GP, the specialists, the blood tests that come back “normal”, the prescriptions that dull the symptoms but never answer the question. And underneath all of it, the same quiet frustration: why is nobody asking what’s actually causing this?

I know that feeling because I lived it.

I wore white gloves to bed until I was a teenager. My mum put them on me to stop me scratching in my sleep. Most mornings, they had holes in them. Often, blood. I had eczema for thirty years. Every visit to the doctor ended the same way – steroid creams, harmful prescription moisturisers, antibiotics. Different appointment. Same prescription. Nobody ever asked why.

Then my father had a stroke. Something shifted.

My intuition told me his stroke was avoidable. I couldn’t explain where that knowing came from – but I was certain of it. So I started investigating. What I found became my first book, The Vitality Secret (2016): chronic inflammation is the silent killer – the underlying cause behind virtually every chronic illness, from skin conditions to autoimmune disease, heart disease, and cancer. The same underlying cause behind my father’s stroke was behind my eczema. Two completely different symptoms. One underlying cause.

That was Epiphany #1.

Epiphany #2 followed quickly. I began to question why medicine never looks for the underlying cause. When I discovered the origins of the modern medical system – who built it, who funded it, and what it was designed to treat – everything clicked. My doctor wasn’t failing me. He was doing exactly what he’d been trained to do. And that training had a root cause of its own.

Epiphany #3 arrived through a chiropractor who told me that radiation from my mobile phone had depolarised three teeth connected to my immune system. I thought he was mad. Ten minutes later, my thinking had permanently changed. I discovered that every chronic illness correlates with a drop in voltage to the affected organ. We are electrical beings. The body runs on electricity. When the voltage drops, the system fails. This became the spine of The Vitality Code and the foundation of everything I now do – including bioresonance analysis with the AO Scan.

Epiphany #4 took me further still – into quantum physics, energy medicine, and the understanding that we are not just physical bodies. We are energy beings, with far greater capacity to heal than we have ever been allowed to believe.

Four epiphanies. One consistent thread. Pull it far enough and it always leads back to the same place: the intelligence of your own body.
